Membership

Would you like to join the California Conference of Local Health Department Nutritionists? Membership is currently free! We are interested in including all RDs who work in the field of public health nutrition. There are two types of memberships:

  1. Members are Registered Dietitians who work in public health. Each member has one vote. Members work in public, non-profit agencies such as:

  • Local Health Departments

  • School Food Service

  • Universities and Community Colleges

  • Senior Centers and Area Agency of Aging

  • Food Banks and Pantries

  • WIC, Catholic Charities, and UCCE

  • California State Agencies (e.g. CDA, CDPH, etc.)

  • Community-Based Organizations

    2. Associate members are nutrition students or dietetic interns. Associate members do not have voting privileges.
